Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of AI Sprite Sheet Generator, including text prompts, uploaded images, generated sprite sheets, animations, exported assets, galleries, showcases, and any other content created or shared through the service.

AI Sprite Sheet Generator is intended for creating game-ready character sprites, animations, and related visual assets. You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, and outputs associated with your account.

Prohibited Sexual and NSFW Content

You may not use AI Sprite Sheet Generator to generate, request, upload, edit, publish, share, sell, or distribute any of the following:

• NSFW content or content that is not appropriate for workplace viewing
• Pornographic content or sexually explicit content
• Sexually suggestive, erotic, fetish, or sexually provocative content
• Nudity intended for sexual gratification
• Sexual acts, sexual services, or sexualized body-part emphasis
• Sexualized depictions of minors, characters who appear to be minors, or age-ambiguous characters
• Content that attempts to bypass safety filters by using coded language, misspellings, indirect wording, prompt injection, or other obfuscation

This prohibition applies to AI-generated content, user-uploaded content, text prompts, public examples, product galleries, showcase images, downloadable assets, and marketing materials.

Other Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service to create, request, upload, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, hateful, violent, exploitative, or harmful
• Infringes intellectual property rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party
• Depicts or encourages self-harm, terrorism, extremist activity, weapons misuse, or real-world violence
• Uses face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation workflows
• Misrepresents the capabilities, origin, ownership, licensing, or safety of generated assets
• Attempts to disable, evade, or interfere with moderation, security, billing, rate limits, or platform integrity controls

Content Moderation and Enforcement

We may use automated and manual moderation to review prompts, uploads, outputs, and account activity. We may refuse generation requests, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or report unlawful activity when we believe this policy has been violated.

We reserve the right to update this policy as our product, legal obligations, payment processor requirements, or safety standards evolve. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
